Information System Security Officer - TS/SCI

Compusult is seeking a ISSO for our Chantilly, VA office.

In this role, you will be


  •  Plan, manage, coordinate and provide support to the Government Customer effort to ensure that the contract system completes all assessment and authorization (A&A) activities per ICD 503, NISTs, CNSSI and Government Customer policies.
  • Ensure all required documentation is delivered per the Government Customer Schedule in order to maintain the current system Authorization for upcoming changes.
  • Collaborate with the Government Customer PMO, security representative, and Infrastructure Service Provider (ISP) contractor as required and keep the Government Customer PMO informed of progress and any issues/concerns.
  • Represent Government Customer in all TEMs and meetings with the SCA/DAO and other Government Customer representatives.
  • Support Government Customer effort to integrate ICD 503 requirements, attend required meetings/briefs and identify impacts to Government Customer as well as support the delivery of all required documentation.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline and 5 years related technical experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of relevant security experience, including experience working with the Information Systems Security and the ICD 503 lifecycle management
  • In depth experience working with ACAS
  • In depth experience working with XACTA
  • In depth experience working with DISA STIGs and IAVAs
  • Prior experience serving as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO)/Information Assurance Officer (IAO) or equivalent within the IC environment in a staff or contractor role.
  • Familiarity with IC accreditation requirements
  • Working knowledge of "Information Assurance"
  • Relevant Information Assurance experience including evaluating, testing, certification and accreditation of classified and sensitive but unclassified information systems, in addition to (COTS) and (GOTS) products
  • Experience with analysis and evaluation of both hardware and software in support of Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense, in addition to Agencies
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Proven ability to exercise tact and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Security Certification(s) or other DoD 8570 compliant certification
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance w/poly (or willingness to complete poly within 30 days)

Software Web Developer - TS/SCI

Compusult Systems Inc  is seeking two Software Web Developers. Work location is Springfield, VA and/or Washington, DC 

The Software / Web Developer will provide support to the Defense Intelligence Analysis Center Advanced Imagery Reproduction System (DAIRS) Maintenance. The DAIRS system must be maintained and be available so that GEOINT, film based imagery, is available to NGA and its worldwide customers. This is accomplished by maintaining and updating all DAIRS components (DRS website, AIS website, and associated database for each website) and ensuring data dissemination to the customer and to the National Data Libraries (NDL). NSG partners will be able to access the AIS database where they can research reconnaissance aircraft and other film based airborne mission data. NSG partners will be able to access the Duplication Request Service (DRS) where they can request historical National Technical Means (NTM) and aerial hardcopy and softcopy imagery.
The employee shall provide website development and database management support to NGA. The maintenance and updating of the DAIRS will ensure the timely, accurate, and relevant dissemination of GEOINT to NGA’s customers.


  • Contractor shall maintain DAIRS operations and sustainment at NCE (SECNet, NGANet).
  • Providing and maintaining a gold copy of the DAIRS baseline for the Website and database, including:
  • Tagged Image File Format (TIFF) repositories for all scanned images not submitted to the NDL
  • Scripts that feed NITF files to the NDL
  • Scripts that collect other image files
  • Maintaining a list of functional requirements, to include developing long-term feature releases
  • Maintaining a source code repository and appropriate Configuration Management controls
  • Developing workflows in coordination with customers to support automation, where possible
  • Providing adequate testing (including with impacted customers) prior to releases/updates
  • Ensuring appropriate PKI or other IdAM integration
  • Ensuring web services availability
  • Defining mission application OS requirements
  • Defining mission application performance requirements
  • Packaging and testing IAVA’s (Mission applications)
  • Providing database updates to maintain the DAIRS system
  • Creating/Managing/Troubleshooting of Application Schema-level processes, database objects and entity data
  • Granting/Revoking access to entity schema-level database objects/data
  • Troubleshooting for DAIRS system errors and providing bug fixes
  • Assisting in script creation for metrics collection and reporting
  • Assisting with the updating of the AIRTAPS system
  • Posting Mission Data
  • Assisting with adaptive maintenance related to third party vendor updates, security patches, compliance controls, and other fixes required by NGA
  • Coordinating with the ISP on all changes and outages
  • Creating backups of mission data
  • Preparing mission application for restore activities (as needed)
  • Providing Incident and Problem Management
  • Providing multi-level problem and root cause analysis – mission application service


  • Performing database administration using SQL
  • Performing webserver tuning and maintenance
  • Designing custom web pages, including the use of Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP)
  • Implementing File Transfer Protocol (FTP)d
